Dessutom till\u00e4mpar New Nordic Healthbrands AB svensk lag f\u00f6r bolagsstyrning i enlighet med den reviderade kod som tr\u00e4dde i kraft den 1 december 2016. Eftersom lagstiftningen och koden delvis \u00f6verlappar varandra l\u00e4mnar New Nordic Healthbrands AB en \u00e5rlig bolagsstyrningsrapport, som tar h\u00e4nsyn till \u00e5rsredovisningslagen och svensk kod f\u00f6r bolagsstyrning. F\u00f6retaget f\u00f6ljer koden i alla v\u00e4sentliga avseenden. I tre avseenden (varav en \u00e5terfinns i avsnittet om valberedning, en i avsnittet om revisionskommitt\u00e9n och en i avsnittet om incitamentsprogram) ges en f\u00f6rklaring till avvikelser.
