Teamets framg\u00e5ng \u00e4r viktigare \u00e4n individuell prestation. <\/p>\n<p>Team of excellence<br \/>\nP\u00e5 New Nordic f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker vi attrahera och beh\u00e5lla de b\u00e4sta och mest beg\u00e5vade personerna och utveckla deras personligheter och f\u00e4rdigheter. Fira<\/strong><br \/>\nVi g\u00f6r varje vinst \u2013 nya aff\u00e4rer, nya produkter, nya marknader osv. \u2013 till en anledning att fira. I v\u00e5r platta organisation sprids goda nyheter snabbt och \u00e4r vanligtvis resultatet av h\u00e5rt arbete fr\u00e5n m\u00e5nga olika m\u00e4nniskor. Det \u00e4r mycket enklare att k\u00e4nna sig ansluten och v\u00e4rderad n\u00e4r du konsekvent erk\u00e4nns f\u00f6r din insats \u2013 oavsett hur stor eller liten du \u00e4r. M\u00e5nga anst\u00e4llda hos New Nordic har varit med oss sedan l\u00e4nge och har under \u00e5rens lopp erbjudit mycket st\u00f6d och positivitet. Engagemang kan inte g\u00e5 obem\u00e4rkt f\u00f6rbi eller vara underuppskattat. <\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Resultat och relationer<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u00e5 New Nordic har vi delat ansvar f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 m\u00e5len och v\u00e5ra organisationer \u00e4r mycket \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 dessa m\u00e5l. En av de st\u00f6rsta styrkorna med den skandinaviska modellen \u00e4r en tydlig kunskapsdelning som ger tydliga f\u00f6rdelar i en innovationsdriven ekonomi. Det \u00e4r till exempel inte ovanligt att en VD visar alla de kassafl\u00f6den och resultatrapporter som genereras kvartalsvis. Transparens skapar en f\u00f6rtroendefull milj\u00f6 som fr\u00e4mjar ett verkligt samarbete mot f\u00f6retagets slutm\u00e5l. Vi h\u00e5ller inte kunskapen f\u00f6r oss sj\u00e4lva \u2013 kunskap \u00e4r makt.
