Verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6r utses av styrelsen och ansvarar f\u00f6r den dagliga ledningen av bolaget enligt styrelsens anvisningar.<\/p>\n

Detta inneb\u00e4r att VD s\u00e4rskilt m\u00e5ste fokusera p\u00e5 rekrytering av ledande befattningshavare, innovation, upphandling, priss\u00e4ttningsstrategi, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och l\u00f6nsamhet, marknadsf\u00f6ring, h\u00e5llbarhet, expansion, utveckling av det internationella f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsbolaget och distributionsn\u00e4tet, e-handel och IT-strategi. Verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6ren ansvarar ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r fr\u00e5gor som r\u00f6r investerarrelationer.<\/p>\n

VD:n rapporterar till styrelsen om utvecklingen i New Nordic och tar fram beslutsunderlag f\u00f6r investeringar, expansion etc. VD:ns roll inkluderar kontakt med finansmarknaden, media och myndigheter.<\/p>\n

Karl Kristian Bergman Jensen, f\u00f6dd i Frederiksberg, Danmark, 1962, \u00e4r grundaren av f\u00f6retaget 1990 och har varit verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6r f\u00f6r New Nordic Healthbrands AB sedan 3 februari 2006.<\/p>\n

Karl Kristian, \u00e4r gift med Lena Bergman, och far till 6 barn. 1986 tog han examen som \u201dHandels Diplom\u201d (Business Administration Diploma) fr\u00e5n Copenhagen Business School i Danmark.<\/p>\n

Karl Kristian har l\u00e5ng internationell erfarenhet inom h\u00e4lso- och sk\u00f6nhetsbranschen, d\u00e4r han arbetat sedan 1985. Han har arbetat fr\u00e5n Danmark, London, Sverige och Schweiz med ledning av f\u00f6retag och distribut\u00f6rer i mer \u00e4n 40 l\u00e4nder i Europa; Nordamerika och Australasien. \u00c5r 2000 var han med och grundade Dansk Detail ApS, Danmark, ett litet f\u00f6retag med h\u00e4lsobutiker. 2006 grundade han Ripamonti Finanz AG i Schweiz, ett kapitalf\u00f6rvaltningsbolag.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
